I hate the nights where my dreams keep me terribly occupied. My mind doesn’t get a chance to rest. The days that follow these wrestless sleeps are the days when the voices and mess in my head are much more chaotic and busy. Those are the days I hear to much, think to little and rest none.

To put it simply,
